The Sechelt Indian Band, part of the Salish Nation, (web site) operates out of the Sechelt Indian Government House of ‘hewhewus’ (Chiefs) Complex in Sechelt. Gary Feschuck, Chief in Council and Hereditary Chief of the Sechelt Indian Band guides the Sechelt council.
The complex also contains the tems swiya Museum and the Tsain-Ko Gift Shop/Gallery.
